Derylle & Renita Spears 

Founders and Pastors of GNO

Derylle & Renita Spears founded GNO ministry from a mission and vision given by God. He has empowered them to equip, encourage and support minister's visions from faith to activation. Derylle serves as Executive Director and President of GNO and brings to the ministry a wealth of ministry knowledge. Derylle has served ministry in many different areas including founding Agape Foundation and Jazzpel Radio. He has worked in private and government sectors and is currently pursuing private law practice. 

Renita is an ordained minister and teacher of the gospel. She accepted her call to serve Christ in her youth. She served more than 20 years in counseling ministry, where she counseled and ministered through prophetic ministry. Renita accepted and received the call as prophetess and joined The Progeny Network (TPN) through Kingdom Dominion World Ministries. Through this network she was mentored and would go on to accept the call into apostleship. She was ordained as an Apostle with a mandate from God to assist others in realizing/activating the call on their lives while providing encouragement and support. God has graced Renita to establish P.R.O.M.P.T Ministry Training which assists ministers to uncover God's purpose for their lives while encouraging and supporting their walk into the call of God.  

Renita is married to Derylle Spears and is a mother and grandmother. She has worked in corporate America in retail and hospitality and is currently an entrepreneur in the beauty industry.
